Position Summary
Virgin Orbit (VO) is seeking a new member of our team to lead our Diversity, Belonging, and Culture team. If you join us in this position, you will lead the strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation of programs that help us open Space for Everyone from Everywhere! This new role is both strategic and tactical, and will have a direct connection to People and companywide initiatives. We’re looking for an experienced leader in the diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) field who gives a damn about making a difference in the aerospace industry and in our communities and has the creativity, tenacity, and expertise to help further enrich our culture.
This is a full-time position at our rocket factory in beautiful Long Beach, California with regular travel to our test site at the Mojave Air and Spaceport and flexibility for some remote work.
