We’re looking for a dynamic leader to support our team of rock star recruiters as we attract and select the finest people in the industry for the LauncherOne small satellite launch program. This role is ideal for a results-driven and data-focused leader who is excited to roll up his or her sleeves and help take our Talent programs to the next level. As part of the Talent leadership team, you will help drive our end-to-end People strategy, ensuring a truly unique Virgin experience for each applicant and new hire.
